Which Shurflo Revolution 4008 is this?
This entry is Shurflo Revolution 4008-101-E65, the 12 V aftermarket RV freshwater pump. Pentair pairs it with OEM model 4008-101-A65 in its Revolution product table. Aqua King II is a different product family.

3 m one way
12 V system
Sized against ABYC E-11. The design current is the part's continuous draw. The length is one way; voltage drop includes an equal-length return.
The editable example uses 3.048 m (10 ft) runs unless a shorter run is stated. Metric overviews round these to 3 m. Adapt the parts and lengths to your installation before choosing cable and protection.
This is the 12 V Revolution 4008-101-E65. The starter uses Pentair's recommended 10 A fuse and sizes the supply from the published 7.5 A maximum running current. Startup current and duration are not published here; the fuse rating is not a surge-current specification. Verify the actual run and pressure-switch installation. Manufacturer installation manual

Pentair lists 7.5 A maximum running current and recommends a 10 A fuse. The red lead is positive; black is negative. Operating current changes with pressure.
The editable example uses that running-current limit and pins the recommended fuse. Its cable calculation depends on the complete supply and return run. Adapt the lengths to your installation and choose the actual fuse and holder.
The 10 A fuse recommendation is not a published startup-current measurement. The cited data sheet does not supply a startup current or duration. Pressure-switch behavior and the plumbing system remain outside the electrical model.
The pump needs a protected positive feed and negative return. Use the wire size calculator to examine a different run before adapting the starter, and follow Pentair's instructions for the strainer, plumbing and mounting.
Build it out
Add 4008-101-E65 to your diagram, then connect your batteries, chargers and loads. Crimp calculates cable sizes and checks the connections as you draw.
Every cable you draw there is sized against ABYC E-11, from the same tables as the reference on this page.
Technical reference
Check the model, ratings and connection points against your own unit before choosing installation hardware.
Check stud sizes, fuse type, run length and how warm the space gets against the gear you actually have before you order.
Positive maps to the pump's red lead and negative to black. The pressure switch is part of the pump assembly. Keep the model number when replacing this pump; Aqua King II is a different product family.

Method & provenance
Manufacturer specifications describe the equipment. Crimp calculates cable results from the circuit and assumptions you enter.
From the maker
Manufacturer, model, ratings and which terminal does what come from the catalog. A newer revision, or the nameplate on the unit in your hand, can say something different — when it does, the nameplate wins.
ABYC E-11
Sized against ABYC E-11. Boats built to UK or EU rules answer to ISO 13297 — check these figures against it before you build. The run length and the current above are what drive the result. Crimp doesn't know how warm your space gets; draw the cable inside an engine-bay zone on the canvas and it sizes for the heat.
